+ What is included in the workshop fees?
Fees include workshop materials, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the day.
+ What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Our policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
+ Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Please email cdlt@isa.nl well in advance with your request.
+ I bought a ticket for an event through Eventbrite which was suddenly cancelled. What should I do?
Eventbrite will automatically refund you your money.
+ There was a problem with my order on Eventbrite, how can I get assistance?
Contact Eventbrite first, if this fails to produce a satisfactory resolution then contact cdlt@isa.nl.
+ I have lost/can't print my ticket - what do I do?
As long as you bring ID with your name on it we are able to check your participation to the workshop.
+ What time do your worshops start and finish?
The majority of our workshops start at 8:30. Coffee and a light breakfast will be served from 8:00. Most workshops will finish by 16:00.
+ Is lunch provided?
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
+ I am gluten free/ vegan, will there be anything for me to eat?
When you register for a workshop you will receive an email from the CDLT Event Coordinator requesting details of your dietary requirements. As long as you reply providing this information, our caterer will be able to accommodate your needs.
+ Will I be able to go into classrooms?
Some workshops have this as part of the programme. If so, you will have a chance to see children and teachers at work. If not, there will be a tour around the school which will allow you insights into the running of the school and its facilities.
+ I have a question about your venue regarding my disability needs.
We have disability access to the building, toilets and venue.
+ I have lost something, is there a Lost & Found?
