Terms and Conditions
The Centre for Development, Learning & Technology (CDLT) reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the CDLT’s reasonable control. The CDLT will not accept liability for any losses and/or damages participants may suffer on account of any alteration or cancellation.
CDLT workshops run subject to a minimum number of participants. Participants and guests are advised to arrange adequate travel and health insurance prior to the event and are advised to not book travel or accommodation until you receive confirmation that the workshop will take place. Please note that your registration will not be final until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
The CDLT does not refund fees in case the participant cancels the registration. However, you may send a different participant from your school as a substitute if necessary or may use the funds paid for another CDLT event within one calendar year of the event. An email must be sent to email@example.com when sending a substitute or deferring attendance to another event. Changes in registration are not final until a confirmation email has been sent by the CDLT.
Exclusion of Liability
Aside from intentional acts or gross negligence, the total liability of the CDLT will, in any case, be limited to the amount which the CDLT can charge its insurer. The CDLT will, in no case, be liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, wages and interests.
